You are invited to a special evening to raise money for the Patient Care Fund of the Cape Breton Cancer Centre in appreciation for the care, compassion and dedication shown to cancer patients and families from our communities.
This year you will be treated to a delicious assortment of Handmade hors d’ Oeuvres. The meal will begin with a Mediterranean Salad followed with Stuffed Beef Medallions drizzled with au jus and served with a horseradish sauce, Garlic/Parsley Whipped Potatoes and a combination of fresh Yellow and Green beans. The meal will conclude with your choice of Black Forest Cake, Blueberry Cream Bars, and for our Gluten Free folks a delicious Lemon Cake. This year the entire menu has Gluten free and dairy free options available. Please let us know when you are buying your tickets if you have any dietary issues.
