Coinneach MacLeod, the Hebridean Baker, a fluent Gaelic Speaker, will be packing up his kilt and heading across the Atlantic for an extra special book signing in Iona, Cape Breton.
Scotland’s best selling cookbook author of 2021 will be at the Highland Village Museum on Tuesday 19th July at 3pm. His debut cookbook Hebridean Baker: Recipes & Wee Stories from the Scottish Islands will be available to purchase and can be signed by the author.

Coinneach’s US tour in May took him to twelve cities across the country from New York to San Francisco and Cape Breton will be the first stop in Canada. Coinneach will also be visiting Mary Janet MacDonald of Tunes and Wooden Spoons, the Red Shoe Pub in Mabou, The Celtic Music Interpretive Centre in Judique, Glenora Inn & Distillery, Beinn Mhabu and the Keltic Lodge in Ingonish during his four day visit.
